2. MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, select the appropriate Delivery Information, go through to the payments page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment via Shopify Payments. If you are shopping from outside the Euro zone, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
When you receive a confirmation of an order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
3. DELIVERY
Goods are normally dispatched within 24-48hrs of receiving an order. Orders placed before midday get same-day dispatch from our Waterford HQ
NB While most orders are delivered within 48hrs please allow up to 1-4 business days in Ireland and 2 - 7 business days in the UK and Europe after email confirmation of your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
4. SECURITY
We use Shopify Payments as our Payment Service Providers. Please see Shopify Payments for further information.
5. GUARANTEE & RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a 30 day ‘No Quibble’ guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, return them to us unused, in it’s original packaging along with your delivery note and send it to; RETURNS DEPARTMENT, MALA PACKAGING, EUROBASE HOUSE, UNIT 312, IDA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, CORK ROAD, WATERFORD, X91 EH5N, IRELAND. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we advise you obtain a certificate of posting or similar if using a courier company. Any items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
6. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the legal right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges.
